CASHMERE – The Cashmere Bulldogs are losing one of their biggest stars on both the football field and the basketball court.
Last week, Mason Landdeck officially enrolled at Zillah High School, ending weeks of uncertainty about the six-foot one-inch junior’s intentions for the 2019-20 sports seasons.
Rumors about Landdeck’s departure began to swirl earlier this month after he posted an action photo of himself from last season on Twitter which featured the ‘Cashmere’ on his jersey superimposed with the word ‘Zillah’.
This will mark Landdeck’s second transfer since beginning his freshman year at Kittitas High School.
Last year, Landdeck led the Bulldogs in receptions, receiving yards and touchdowns on the gridiron and paced the entire Caribou Trail League (CTL) in points per game on the hardwoods with 31, while also being named the CTL’s MVP.
