MOSES LAKE – A Kennewick semi-truck driver died in a Monday afternoon collision about seven miles southeast of Moses Lake.
Two semis collided at the intersection of Road O and Road 2 Southeast at 4 p.m. Robert Valdez, a 37-year-old truck driver, died due to the collision. Grant County Sheriff’s Office investigators are still trying to determine how the collision occurred, spokesman Kyle Foreman said.
Coroner Craig Morrison said the cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head, torso and extremities.
The other driver was uninjured, Foreman said.
