Ephrata Tigers

EPHRATA – Kennedee Peters had 13 points to lead the Ephrata Tigers over Ellensburg 48-39 Tuesday night.

The Tigers improved their Central Washington Athletic Conference record to 3-3, 5-3 overall, winning three of their last four games.

Ephrata held the Bulldogs to just nine first-quarter points and took a 30-22 lead going into halftime.

Both offenses struggled in the second half as the Tigers outscored Ellensburg 18-17 to maintain their first-half lead.

Ephrata’s Katelyn Ostrowski added 11 points in the game.

Ellensburg’s Kalli Fahey scored a game-high 16 points and Avery Sisk added 10 for the Bulldogs.

The Tigers head on the road for a Dec. 29 matchup against 1-4 Othello.
