EPHRATA – The Second Harvest Mobile Food Bank is making a stop in Ephrata Thursday afternoon.
EPHRATA- Highway 28 between Oasis Park and 18th Avenue in Ephrata has seen its fair share of rear-end crashes recently. Now, the Washington Department of Transportation wants to cut down on crashes by adding a left turn lane along the dangerous stretch of road.
