MOSES LAKE – Two men are accused of taking a man’s vehicle during a robbery Tuesday night in Moses Lake.

An officer spotted the victim’s Honda Accord and a suspect identified as Cristo J. Flores, 22, on Grape Drive Thursday afternoon. The officer recognized the car as previously being stolen July 16. The vehicle’s owner was contacted and said he was robbed and the car had been stolen again, according to Moses Lake police.

Flores was arrested for robbery and vehicle theft.

The victim reportedly told police Flores and a second suspect, Enrique Leon, 25, had robbed him Wednesday night. Police say the suspects demanded money from the victim before stealing his car. Leon allegedly pulled a knife during the robbery.

The victim told police he did not immediately report the robbery due to fear of retaliation from the suspects.

Leon has not been located and is wanted for assault in the second degree and vehicle theft.

Luis Ortega, 19, was arrested July 16 for allegedly stealing the victim’s car from a driveway on West Dusty Road. Ortega allegedly admitted to stealing the car to go see his mother.
